How can I pay my orders?
All orders are paid in full in advance either by company or personal check or any major credit card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You can pay online or we can email you a credit card form to be filled in and fax back. All orders will start processing after payment is being processed. What’s the shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING in all South Florida Orders of $ 250 and up. 90% of them are received the next business day.

Price list is based on standard turnaround. Actual turnaround starts when files are received within printing specs and payment is processed. Also, if you order a proof, turnaround starts after proof is approved.

Gang Run

My originals bleed - How can I set up my bleed and crop marks?
If your file had bleed, bleed must extend 0.125” further than the cut line and remember to save your file with crop marks. Please keep all text and anything you do not want cut at least 0.125" away from the cut line.

How to submit files?
We recommend saving as a .PDF. These files are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around. Remember to add crop marks and flatten your files before uploading.

You may also send the file in the following types:

  • PDF (Prepress Quality)
  • AI (Illustrator)
  • INDD (InDesign)
  • CDR (outlined/converted to curves)
  • PSD (at least 300 dpi)
  • JPG (Maximum Quality - at least 300 dpi at approximately the finished size)
  • EPS
  • TIFF (300-350 dpi)
  • BMP (1200 dpi)
  • Microsoft Word / Power Point / Publisher (extra $10 will apply to these type of files)

Make sure the images you send are at least 300 dpi
We accept: CD, DVD, email, or you can simply upload your art directly into our website. Include only the files needed to produce your job. Please label all disks.
When e-mailing art, put your company name in the subject line. Stuff or Zip your artwork to allow smaller files and safer transmission.

Can I cancel an order already placed?
An order may only be cancelled before proof approval. Cancellations only result in store credit, not refunds. In the case that the proofing method "No Proof " is selected, the proofing stage does not exist, and the job may not be cancelled.

If an order is cancelled after our resources have invested the time to produce a proof, additional fees incurred will be deducted from the total store credit issued.

Will your printing match a previously printed sample exactly?
Due to the nature of combined run printing each batch is slightly different. You get the cost benefit of sharing a press sheet with many other customers. That being said, we are still very close from pressrun to pressrun.

If your job is color critical, you must order a color proof at the time of your order. If a color proof is not ordered, we are not responsible for any color variations from your monitor to our presses.
